Winter- 2005
Mr. Larson, Ms Becquer, and Ms DeMarais' classes braved the cold and deep snow to travel north for the January Audubon trip.

Skiing was a highlight. With a new fallen snow, we were able to make good progress as neew skiiers. Many made it downhill without falling. Winter survival included building a snowcave and climbing inside. We were surprised to discover we could find signs of animals even in the snow. Some students decided to get a closer look. Our challenge was to build a fire in the snow without matches... ...and we did! A quiet walk back to the dorm. KP was a highight for many. It felt like a large slumber party as we gathered for an evening movie. After three days outside, many slept well on the bus ride home.
