Crossroads Elementary

NASA Explorer School
In 2003, Crossroads-Science was selected as one of 50 elementary schools across the country to be part of a three-year partnership in the NASA Explorer School (NES) program. NES offered professional development; grant funds for the purchase of technology tools; access to NASA curriculum materials; and exciting learning opportunities for our students.
2008 - As an alumni school, we have continuing opportunities to participate in some unique and powerful experiences, including this year's Reduced Gravity Flight. Ms. Pengra, Ms. Martha, Ms. Marni, and Ms. Janet will be flying on Wednesday, February 6 to Johnson Space Center to conduct student experiments on board NASA's reduced gravity flight.
