Reading First Reading First Leadership Team The Reading First Leadership Team is reponsible for working with the Literacy Coordinator and RF External Facilitator to: Attend Quarterly Leadership Team meeting Develop initial plan for deciding on study groups topics and getting people into study groups. Keep study groups moving forward. Meet once a month to monitor study group activities, solve problems, and provide guidance to study groups. Meet monthly to plan for monthly large group meetings, decide on experts needed for school visits, monitor and plan for ongoing RF activities.
